Everyone from the receptionist to therapists are very patient, friendly and provide good old fashioned customer service with a genuine smile! Would definitely recommend this clinic.

The physical therapists at OSI know what they are doing and always have good suggestions and tips for exercises and healing. I always felt listened to. Everyone is very friendly. I am very happy with the help I received. I felt improvements after my very first visit and that continued over the course of therapy. I highly recommend OSI!

OSI Maplewood is the best physical therapy I’ve ever been to. Jordan is a phenomenal physical therapist as is Jody. I’ve had to go there for a couple of different reasons and each time I’ve seen results very quickly. Plus they’re just nice people! I highly recommend 0SI Maplewood.

OSI Maplewood staff have helped me tremendously. Jordan, Amy and Jody are very knowledgeable in their skills. Between the exercises, dry needling and advice I have so much less pain and so much more mobility. I would definitely recommend this place of healing.

My elderly mother had a wonderful experience with therapists Jordon and Jody. When services started she was in need of assisted living services with bathing, dressing, transferring in and out of her wheelchair, and tasks requiring standing and balance. After 4 months of therapy she is can now stand to complete tasks, transfer in and out of her chair and can walk short distances with the aid of her walker. Her strength has greatly improved and no assisted living services are now needed. Jordon and Jody have given her the confidence she needed for a positive future.

Best PT place I've ever been to! Amazing staff is so welcoming and sweet. I had Jordan as my physical therapist while I was pregnant, I had Amy for birth prep and postpartum, and I had Jodi for postpartum recovery too!! They go out of there way to accommodate parents whether you need to pump milk, or take a break to calm your child they are so understanding!

Exceptional Care for Frozen Shoulder – Beyond 5 Stars! For Jody, Amy and Jordan I am far beyond grateful and fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Jody, Amy and Jordan all through 2024, for my frozen shoulder. I walked in with immense pain, very restricted mobility, and a deep sense of frustration and agony about my condition in December of 2023. Thanks to OSI Maplewood team [Jody, Amy & Jordan], my perspective and my life have completely changed. Beyond her technical skill and life experiences, Jody has an exceptional gift of truly connecting with patients. I always felt heard, understood, and supported throughout the entire process. If you need physical therapy for any reason, this is the place you want to be. The staff here from the receptionist to the therapist are AMAZING! I have been going to OSI on White Bear off and on for 3 years. I honestly cannot say enough about Jordan and Jodie,! They are so good at what they do, I am almost finished with my sessions, and I can tell you, I am going to miss them, I look forward to them every week. I will not ever go anyplace else as long as these two are there. For the past few weeks, I have also had the privilege of working with a trainee name Brian! He to is great! He is going to make a wonderful therapist . Better grab him while you can. The results of my therapy has and is amazing!!! I could not be any happier!! I have a problem trusting certain people, but I trust these guys with my whole heart. The new receptionist is a great people person.
